(TSX-V:WATR) (“CWTI” or “the Company”), announced today that it has extended the cut-off time and date for voting by proxy for its upcoming annual meeting of shareholders on Friday, September 14, 2018 (the “Meeting”). All forms of proxy must be deposited with TSX Trust Company by no later than 11:59 (a.m.) (Toronto time) on Thursday, September 13, 2018.
The deadline has been extended in order to allow all shareholders who have not yet had an opportunity to vote to complete and submit their proxy for the Meeting.
